This membership fee offers you the following:
- Unlimited telephone help line use for technical
support
- Free Desktop Streaming Service if you need an instant
hands-on fix
- Huge Discounts on our onsite callout rates £65.00
+ vat instead of usual £ 85.00 + vat per hour rates.
Workshop rates, if you bring your computer in to us is £
45.00 + vat per hour instead of £65.00 +vat ph
- Priority Member Service: Members who bring their
computers into the office will have their jobs dealt with
immediately and will not go to the end of the queue. We
will also endeavour to give you priority same day callout
service
- Free Annual Virus Check when you bring your computer
in to us. We will also check that your virus software is
up to date. We will give you a verbal report following our
check on your computer. We will also defragment your hard
drive
- Free Transfer of Data from your old computer to
any new computer you buy from us (workshop only)

£650.00 + vat per machine instead of £ 897.00
+ Vat and save £ 247.00 and have peace of mind for
the next 3 years that we will look after you like one of

For multiple memberships we offer
the following discounts: On 1-15 memberships we offer
a 5% and on 16 or more memberships we offer 10% discount.
These discounts may be applied also to 3 years discount rates
as well.
